Hi there! Nice to meet you!My name is Jenni-- I am not a nutrition expert. I repeat, I am NOT an expert!! I am just a woman who likes to eat-- and cook, but mostly eat! I reached an age that my weight was becoming a possible health risk. I needed to quickly find a way that I can still eat and feel like I am satisfied-- yet lose weight.
Enter in low-carb living. I was successful at one point in my life following the Atkins diet (lost 90 lbs), but my gallbladder decided that I lost too much weight too fast and gave me fits. Fast forward 18 years. I have gained all 90 lbs back and more. Dec 2016, I hit the highest weight I have ever been (325lbs....not cool). Since my gallbladder is no longer with me (RIP Gallbladder) I decided to give low-carb living a chance again. Not just low-carb... but Ketogenics Diet. During this life style change, I have found a passion for finding new and delicious recipes. I also found that I love to share my recipes with all my friends and family on Social Media.
