One of the things that my BFF Becky suggested for my blog this year was to list out more details of our exercise routines and what keeps us going.
One suggestion was to let you in on what we jam to while we run / circuit train. (Note: if you walk by the workout room in our office building, you already know what we jam to... we play it LOUD)!
I have recently been introduced to Dub Step music (I know, I know... apparently I'm old and live under a rock). Also, I just discovered Skrillex... they really have some great music to run to.
